MY BACKGROUND:

I have been helping people finance their dreams for 15 years. I have been local President, California Governor, and a National Officer for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. I helped start, am on the Advisory Panel of, and a graduate of, the School of Mortgage Banking at California State University, Hayward.

My background as a real estate attorney helps me understand the contracts, condominium documents and bankruptcy papers sometimes required for loans. I have had extensive education from lenders and PMI companies regarding underwriting, self employed borrowers, and understanding complex tax returns, which helps me spot potential problems during my pre-qualifications.

Linda has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years with experience ranging from processing to managing a loan center.

Linda will gather & review the documentation in your loan file to make sure it is complete, and acceptable to the lender. Her years as a loan underwriter ensure that your loan file will look as good as possible, to help you qualify for the best interest rates and loan programs you can.

Linda will also send you a written status letter each week to make sure you are kept fully informed of the status of your loan at all times.

Kristina creates weekly emails for the real estate agents who work closely with Home Mortgage to keep them up to date on the latest mortgage developments and trends so they can provide the best service to their buyers and sellers. She also works closely with our in house underwriter to ensure our customers are getting the best customer service possible.
